Denis is a graduate of the University of Washington. He has served the health care and senior housing industry for over twenty-three years, forming joint venture developments with hospitals and private investors. Before working in the health care industry, Denis successfully negotiated mergers and acquisitions of multi-million-dollar companies. His experience also includes being a Registered Securities Principal for a private capital firm and prior experience working in the banking industry. Denis founded Living Care Lifestyles in 1996.
Jill joined Living Care Lifestyles as a controller in 2015 and has been a mainstay since day one. Her dedication and commitment to her work have been invaluable, embodying many of the wonderful attributes of Living Care Lifestyles.
With over 15 years of accounting and financial reporting experience in public and private companies, Jill brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She holds a Master’s of Science in Professional Accountancy degree from Central Washington University. Jill began her career at Moss Adams LLP as a business assurance associate, providing audit-related services for various clients and industries. Her strengths include financial reporting, systems implementation, financing, acquisitions and dispositions, and budgeting/forecasting.
Before joining Living Care Lifestyles, Jill was a senior accountant at Atlantic Power Corporation in Seattle, responsible for financial reporting and maintaining internal controls compliant with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements for three wind-generating operating entities.
Outside the office, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, husband, and their affable yellow and red Labradors, Roxy and Kona.
Ed brings over 26 years of experience in the senior living field with a rich background in both leadership and operational excellence. He holds a BS and MS in Gerontology from USC, and has dedicated his career to enhancing the lives of seniors.
In his senior living journey he has held roles as Executive Director in both newly established and well established communities in Southern California. For the past nine years, Ed has excelled as an Operations Specialist, revitalizing standards and culture in communities across California and the Pacific Northwest. Ed’s passion for senior care is deeply personal, inspired by his close relationships with elderly relatives in his formative years. This passion drives his commitment to providing exceptional service and care. Ed lives in Mill Creek, WA and enjoys spending time hiking and playing outdoor sports with his family.
Randi brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing with the last 13 years devoted to senior living and healthcare. Her expertise includes brand strategy and creating optimal growth through omni-channel marketing. Randi received her Bachelor of Arts form UC Berkeley and an advanced certification in digital marketing from UCLA. She lives in Los Angeles with her family and their dog, Charlie.
Valerie joined Living Care Lifestyles in 2010 as a wellness director before advancing to executive director. In 2016, she was promoted to her current role as regional director of quality assurance for all of Living Care Lifestyles’ communities.
Valerie’s career in Texas began in 1994 as a registered nurse specializing in long-term care, hospice, and eventually Assisted Living. With over 12 years of experience in Assisted Living compliance and quality development, Valerie brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
Originally from upstate New York, Valerie earned her nursing degree at the State University of New York at Potsdam and is currently pursuing graduate education through Excelsior College of Albany, NY.
In addition to her professional achievements, Valerie has been happily married since 1998 and is the mother of two daughters. She also cares for three dogs, one cat, two goats, and a llama. Valerie enjoys collecting vintage clothing and jewelry, as well as traveling and going on cruises with her husband.
Debi joined our team in 2013 as the Business Office Manager for our Lynnwood, WA community, bringing over a decade of experience in senior and family housing property management. In her earlier career, she focused on affordable housing and construction management, coordinating with construction teams to remodel communities under Uniform Relocation Act (URA) requirements, temporarily relocating residents and ensuring their smooth return to beautifully updated homes.
In 2015, Debi transitioned into her current role as Director of Payroll & Benefits at Living Care Lifestyles. She manages payroll and benefits for over 500 team members across multiple states and EINs, leading transitions to electronic systems and ensuring compliance with complex multi-jurisdictional regulations. With over 15 years of experience in senior housing and 4+ years in construction management, Debi has become a trusted company-wide resource, known for her commitment to team member training, compliance, and employee-focused programs.
Debi holds SHRM-SCP, California Employment Law Specialist, and Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) credentials, reflecting her deep expertise in HR, payroll strategy, and regulatory compliance.
A lifelong resident of Snohomish County, WA, Debi enjoys spending time with her three children, granddaughter, and her dogs, Poppy & Tinkerbelle.
For over 20 years, Lynette has honed her professional talents in the healthcare industry. At Living Care Lifestyles, she serves as a human resources consultant, offering her expertise across all HR functions.
Committed to being a positive force in retirement and senior living, Lynette finds joy in contributing to the company’s success, noting that it is led by dedicated, intelligent, and kind individuals.
In her free time, Lynette enjoys being with her husband, two children, and her cuddly Maltese dog, Maggy. A resident of Mukilteo, Lynette has called the Pacific Northwest home her entire life.
Carley was born and raised in the Lynnwood and Edmonds areas of Seattle. She has seven siblings, including her twin brother. She has been in a wonderful relationship for five years with her significant other, who is a journeyman plumber. Together, they are the proud owners of a Doberman pinscher named Koni.
Carley has several hobbies, including staying active, practicing sign language, playing the ukulele, and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She also enjoys visiting her family’s cabin on Mount Index, which her grandmother built almost 70 years ago.
Carley began her career in retail as a sales associate and quickly advanced into management. She loves working at Quail Park of Lynnwood and is excited about the opportunities for growth and learning.
Since joining Living Care in 2015, Erin has transitioned to support the Payroll and Systems teams. During development and construction, she researches local land use codes, drafts investor and public relations materials, coordinates payment with construction lenders, and prepares communities for initial health care licensure. Supporting our operating communities, Erin manages the corporate credit card system, helps coordinate loan refinances, and continues to oversee the licensing and renewal process. Her ability to quickly understand systems makes her a resource for our team members for everything from accounting software to technology implementation.
Outside the office, Erin spends time exploring the city with her thirteen-year-old chocolate lab, Brownie. She stays engaged in our community by working on local transportation issues.
Christina joined the Living Care team in August 2025, bringing more than 25 years of administrative and accounting experience. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and is certified in QuickBooks Pro. Throughout her career, Christina has played a key role in supporting more than 20 acquisitions, experiences that have further strengthened her expertise as a skilled administrative professional.
Outside of work, Christina is the proud mother of two wonderful children and enjoys spending time with her many nieces and nephews, five siblings, and her parents, who immigrated from Vietnam to America more than 45 years ago. She also has a cat named Katniss, whom she and her partner have raised for the past two and a half years.
Ping joined the Living Care team as a staff accountant in June 2015. She brings over 10 years of accounting experience, specializing in accounts payable and taxes. Prior to joining Living Care, Ping worked as an AP accountant at Atlantic Power, a publicly traded alternative energy company near the Living Care Home Office.
Ping holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Before her accounting career, she worked as a licensed pharmacy technician in Washington state. Prior to immigrating to the United States, Ping earned a degree in education and served as a primary school teacher.
Ping is honored to work every day with people dedicated to improving the lives of senior citizens. In her spare time, she enjoys her quiet family life with her husband and their two daughters.
