Debi joined our team in 2013 as the Business Office Manager for our Lynnwood, WA community, bringing over a decade of experience in senior and family housing property management. In her earlier career, she focused on affordable housing and construction management, coordinating with construction teams to remodel communities under Uniform Relocation Act (URA) requirements, temporarily relocating residents and ensuring their smooth return to beautifully updated homes.
In 2015, Debi transitioned into her current role as Director of Payroll & Benefits at Living Care Lifestyles. She manages payroll and benefits for over 500 team members across multiple states and EINs, leading transitions to electronic systems and ensuring compliance with complex multi-jurisdictional regulations. With over 15 years of experience in senior housing and 4+ years in construction management, Debi has become a trusted company-wide resource, known for her commitment to team member training, compliance, and employee-focused programs.
Debi holds SHRM-SCP, California Employment Law Specialist, and Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) credentials, reflecting her deep expertise in HR, payroll strategy, and regulatory compliance.
A lifelong resident of Snohomish County, WA, Debi enjoys spending time with her three children, granddaughter, and her dogs, Poppy & Tinkerbelle.
