Denis Bryant

President and CEO, LivingCare Lifestyles & Navigator Development Group

Denis is a graduate of the University of Washington. He has served the health care and senior housing industry for over twenty-three years forming joint venture developments with hospitals and private investors. Before working in the health care industry, Denis successfully negotiated mergers and acquisitions of multi-million dollar companies. His experience also includes being a Registered Securities Principal for a private capital firm and prior experience working in the banking industry. Denis founded Living Care Lifestyles in 1996.

Jill joined Living Care Lifestyles as controller in 2015, and has been a mainstay since the day she started. Her dedication and commitment to her work have been invaluable and she embodies so many of the wonderful attributes of Living Care Lifestyles.

Prior to joining our team, Jill spent more than 14 years in accounting and financial reporting roles in both public and private sectors, and she holds a master’s degree in professional accountancy from Central Washington University.

JR Renner

Vice President of Operations

JR brings more than 30 years of senior living and retirement industry experience to Living Care Lifestyles. He has also won numerous awards, including being named Top Five CEO two years in a row and receiving the Top CEO Award in 2010.

Prior to joining Living Care Lifestyles, JR spent 15 year working for Leisure Care in a variety of management roles, including overseeing operations for seven to 12 Assisted Living and independent retirement communities in several states. He also mentored general managers and sales teams with “best outreach practices,” which resulted in communities receiving a 90 percent or higher occupancy rate.

Regional Director of Quality Assurance

Valerie joined Living Care Lifestyles in 2010 as a wellness director before becoming an executive director. In 2016, Valerie was promoted to her current role as regional director of quality assurance for all of Living Care Lifestyles’ communities.

In 1994, Valerie’s career took her to Texas, where she worked as a registered nurse specializing in long term-care, hospice, and eventually Assisted Living. Valerie has over 12 years of experience in Assisted Living compliance and quality development.

Director of Payroll & Benefits

Debi joined our team in 2013 as the Business Office Manager for our community in Lynnwood WA. Prior to joining our team Debi worked in property management in the affordable communities market, both senior and family, primarily working with construction teams to remodel communities meeting the Uniform Relocation Act (URA) requirements to temporarily relocate the current residents while their apartments were being remodeled until they returned to their brand new apartments.

Arnold is director of signature dining at Living Care Lifestyles and rejoined the team in June 2019. He has spent 35 years in the food and beverage industry managing many types of dining operations from casual to fine dining. He made the transition to senior living dining nearly 20 years ago, and his experience includes directing large operations in multi-unit environments as well as various regional director positions.

Ian works on the finance team and serves as support for financial reporting, month-end closing procedures, and consultation with the accounting teams at all of Living Care Lifestyles’ communities. He began his accounting career with Living Care Lifestyles and excels in the growth-oriented environment we provide employees.

Ping Zhu, Accounts Payable at Living Care Lifestyles in Seattle, Washington

Ping Zhu

Staff Accountant

Ping joined the Living Care team as a staff accountant in June 2015. She brings over 10 years of accounting experience, specializing in accounts payable and taxes. Prior to joining Living Care, Ping worked as an AP accountant at Atlantic Power, a publicly traded alternative energy company near the Living Care Home Office.

Ping holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Prior to her accounting career, she worked as a licensed pharmacy technician in Washington state. Before immigrating to the United States, Ping earned a degree in education and served as a primary school teacher.

Ping is honored to be working every day with people dedicated to improving the lives of senior citizens. In her spare time, she enjoys her quiet family life with her husband and their two daughters.

Erin Tighe, Development and Accounting Coordinator at Living Care Lifestyles in Seattle, Washington

Development & Accounting Coordinator

Since joining Living Care in 2015, Erin has moved to support the Accounting and Development teams. During development and construction, she researches local land use code, drafts investor and public relations materials, coordinates payment with construction lenders, and prepares communities for initial health care licensure. Supporting our operating communities, Erin manages the corporate credit card system, helps coordinate loan refinances, and continues to oversee the licensing and renewal process. Her ability to quickly understand systems makes her a resource for our team members for everything to accounting software to technology implementation.

Outside the office, Erin spends time exploring the city with her thirteen-year-old chocolate lab, Brownie. She stays engaged in our community working on local transportation issues.

Carley was born and raised in the Lynnwood and Edmonds areas of Seattle. She has seven siblings, one of whom is her twin brother. She has a wonderful significant other of five years who is a journeyman plumber and they are owners of a Doberman pinscher named Koni.

Human Resources

For more than 20 years, Lynette has been cultivating her professional talents in the health care industry. At Living Care Lifestyles, she has assumed the role of human resources consultant and lends her expertise to all aspects of human resources.

Ever committed to being a positive force in retirement and senior living, Lynette enjoys contributing to the success of the company because, in her own words, “the organization is run by dedicated, intelligent, and kind people.”

Lynette enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and her cuddly dog, a Maltese named Maggy. A resident of Mukilteo, Lynette has called the Pacific Northwest home her entire life.
