Delicious Signature Dining
Our chefs craft a delightful dining experience, blending beloved recipes with innovative flavors using seasonal produce and fresh herbs and three options for dining. Our restaurant-style Yosemite dining room offers ‘Always Available’ menu items and seasonal specials. If you’re looking for modern comfort foods, you’ll enjoy our casual dining option in The Pub. We also have Three Rivers Cafe, our grab-n-go cafe and coffee bar with outdoor seating available. And for those private dining moments, you can reserve a space to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, family gatherings, and special occasions.

Everything about this place is 5 stars! Great facility, food, staff, activities, but mostly peace of mind that our parents are in a good place. Never easy to make these decisions with your parents, but the people at Quail Park helped us so much in the transition.
There are three restaurants! I don’t like to cook so when I was told I’d never have to cook again, I was convinced. I also fancy the onsite movie theater.
My mother has been there from the start and is very happy with the facility and especially the people. Quail Park at Shannon Ranch has been fantastic.
