Are you an outgoing person with an eye for detail and a smile in your voice? Living Care Lifestyles, a Seattle-based senior housing management company with communities in five states is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. We are a small company with a dedicated and hardworking group of team members looking to add the right person. This position includes answering phones, processing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, data entry, assisting the accounting team with various tasks, as well as other administrative duties as assigned. You must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, be organized, and a knowledge of accounting is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have good telephone etiquette, and have an ability to or interest in learning new systems. You should be able to complete tasks on your own without supervision. You should have a strong work ethic and a professional attitude. As we continue to grow there is room for advancement in a variety of professional paths. - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role as well as previous experience in the Senior Living industry is preferred but not required.
